It sounds like you're having trouble e-filing your Washington state tax refund due to the Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) in TurboTax.

Here's some steps to help resolve this concern:

    1. Verify Eligibility: Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements for the WFTC. You can check the detailed eligibility criteria here
    2. Check for Errors: Ensure all information is correctly entered, especially your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), and other personal details.
    3. TurboTax Integration: TurboTax now integrates the Washington State WFTC, allowing eligible taxpayers to file for it directly within their TurboTax account.
    4. Try going back and following these steps to redo your application:
      1. Open or continue your return.
      2. Select State, then select Start next to Washington.
      3. On the screen, Finish up your Washington return, select Start next to Working Families Tax Credit.
      4. Select Start my application on the screen, Start your WA State Working Families Credit application.
      5. Answer the questions on the following screens.
      6. Once complete, you will get to the screen, Great work finishing up your application. Select Continue.
      7. Select Continue on the screen Ready to Review Your State Return.
    5. Run the state and federal reviews again.
