Unable to file on line 1020S Amend return

I try to submit my Federal Business amend return. The system forced me to file for State. I have already filed for State using State website. Because of that, Turbo Tax BLOCKED the amend filing for Federal. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

You could try calling TurboTax Customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service, they may be able to provide a solution.
