Unable to print or save return

When I press on the print the return icon I get this message:

"Wait while we prepare your tax forms for printing. This initial set-up process may take 2-3 minutes. Thank you for your patience."...then the message disappears and nothing happens!

Please see this link for steps to print a pdf copy of your return.

However, if you are using a MAC, this is a known issue. There has been progress made on resolving this issue. However, the expected release date is not for another 2 weeks.
