unable to save my 2024 return so unable to file

Just completed my Turbotax premium federal return on my Macbook and before filing it asked me to save.  I add the passwork and the password reminder then it says it's unable to save.  Also unable to save a nonpassword version.  HELP

    I suggest viewing the following TurboTax link and view the solution offered by DJ327. This is a long process but users seemed to be able to resolve this issue by going through the series of steps.
