Using Online turbotax. For my Business LLC, I can not get back to the print center. No option on the left, no option to amend, or option to add a state, any ideas?

My LLC has its own EIN, so I should be able to amend this return on its own. I have filed everything including my personal. I can get back to the print center on the personal, but there is no option or work around that I can see for my business LLC return. I really want to print the depreciation schedule, but I don't see any way to get back to the print center. Everything online says to go to amend or add state, I don't have either option. I have called turbor tax twice and they are no help. They act like I am lying to them. I can't be the only one to have had this issue. Anyone have the same issues? Any other soultions?

Did you use TurboTax Business Online to prepare the LLC return?

If so, see if you can add a state to your business return using the instructions below. Note that you are NOT actually changing your return - you are simply opening your return again, so you have access to your entries.

Log into TurboTax Business Online using the same username and password as you did before.
Click on Tax Home from the menu on the left.
Scroll down and find Your tax returns & documents,
Select the current tax year, then click on Add a State.
You now have access to your entire return. You may navigate using the tabs as you did while entering your information. Do NOT change anything on the federal return, in case you do actually need to amend your return.
Click on State Taxes (Your State Returns) in the left menu.
If your state is already listed, Continue and follow the interview. Otherwise, click "Add a State."

I appreciate the response, but I am already aware of this. A simple google search already brought this up. The issue is that I do not have the option available to me at all. There is no option to add an additional state return. Attached is the screen shot so you can see what I am looking at. This issue is only with my business LLC return. On the personal side, I can see the add state. I have told the help experts this online but everyone keeps acting like I am making this up. There clearly is a glitch I was hoping this effected other and there was some work around or a solution being worked on. It appears I am screwed at this point and can't get to my worksheets & depreciation schedule for my LLC. Thank you
