What to do when the IRS says they made the payment of your 2022 amended tax return since July 2024 through TurboTax but TurboTax says they have no idea of what to do?

My real question is where is the money and who can really help?

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you had a tax refund from the amended tax return, the IRS would have mailed a refund check to the address on the tax return.
