I had to verify my identity and did so last week, I went to check my transcripts and they state that there is no refund being processed as of this time. I am totally freaking out does this mean they do not have a return for me

If the IRS requested that you verify your identity, they certainly have your tax return. They would not have requested identity verification if they did not have your tax return. It can take an average of nine weeks after verifying your identity to receive your refund. Keep watching the IRS refund site for information. TurboTax does not receive any information after you file your return.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
