Where can i give my survey if i am satisfy or not with Turbotax by online?

Yesterday around 10:30 am a turbo tax representative returned my call and graciously assisted me step by step how to correct my rejected TurboTax.  I appreciate how he guided me to make needed altercations.  Before I knew it I had received an email saying my taxes have been accepted.  👍 Thank you.

I would like to thank TeaKeya for her patience and thoughtfulness, she worked me until she fixed the issue and believe me it took a couple of hours. She didn't rush me off the phone, I'm very grateful for Turbotax thank you for your service 

The lady that helped me get my taxes done was a gift from God. She was a wonderful help that was extremely kind and completely knowledgeable for every single part of the entire situation. I'm so sorry that I don't know her name but this was done today her name began with an a I believe, she was magnificent. Thank you have a great day

I live in California. She was so patient and her explanation was very clear. I would like to give 5 stars to her support.

I recently did a survey and stated the disappointments I experienced with Turbo Tax.  Since then I was contacted by TurboTax Support.  Sally a support contact was able to fix all issues and filed my return which was accepted and processed and I am now going to receive my return.  Sally was so helpful in finding the issues and explaining them to me.  She encouraged me to keep using TurboTax in the future and I will. TurboTax is very fortunate to have Sally on their team.  Thank You

P.S,  It never came up after I submitted my taxes. I searched numerous places and could not find the link.
