Turbotax says I don't need to file my CA state return, same as last year. However, I received a letter from the state saying I need to file even though I don't owe anything. I would like to print my state return even though Turbotax says I don't need to file. In the print screen my state return wan't on it because I don't need to file? How do I print my state return regardless if I need to file or not?
