Who can I call if it’s been more then 16 wks since I’ve submitted my amendments tax return

@jarvismckay24  once amended returns are filed, it is only the taxing authority  ( IRS or your State ) that will have any information about processing and/or refund issuance.   You should also be able to see any status changes  on WMR ( Where is My Refund).   Note that  amended returns are mostly processed with a lower priority than the original filed returns.  You can also call the IRS or the State DOR.

TurboTax generally will not have any information after a return has been filed/accepted for processing.
