Who can I speak with if my 2024 tax information is missing, after having been accepted?

I did my taxes through TurboTax. The federal refund was accepted and paid; however, the refund from Minnesota state tax information in the system seems to be missing. I was supposed to get a refund, but there is no record, and I have not gotten a letter after six weeks.
