Why did my federal return change to federal due after I filed my state return?

My state return revealed that I owe taxes and knocked my federal return into the negatives.

    The amount that you see on the TurboTax Tax Home page is the Net between a tax refund and taxes owed.  If does NOT mean your refund has been changed or the taxes owed has been changed on your tax return.

    I have the same problem . Filing my state now and it says I owe federal tax. I already received and cashe refund of federal. Should I disregard ??
