Question

Why does it keep taking me to the website from the app to finish filing and put my bank account information there?

When you go to pay for your Efile, a separate window opens where you enter your payment info.  When the payment is accepted, you're back in the app to complete your Efile.

 

If the payment window is not opening properly, it may be a connectivity issue with that server.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
