Why does my refund show accepted in Turbotax, but not in Where's My Refund on the IRS site?

My refund was changed to Accepted status after a couple of hours, but 4 weeks later it still shows only Received on the IRS website.

Received means the IRS has your return and is processing it. You do not need to look for the word "accepted" on the IRS site. You can continue to check the refund site for updates as your return works it way through the system.
