why does the "your Refund" (in Blue) on the payment page show only $387 and my state refund is $2655?

This is a public user community forum, so we can't see the page.  Did you owe any Federal taxes due, such as approx. $2,268?    Perhaps it is adding the Federal and state together to arrive at a net figure.

 

Or you may need to explain more.   Have you looked at your actual Federal and state returns to see what the refund amounts on each are?
