Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?

Why do some refunds take longer than others?

What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

The OP is not asking if Turbotax has any specific information about his return and none of those links are helpful.

It's a question inquiring what the IRS language means. It doesn't even make sense "we received a request for verification of non-filing of a tax return"  or it only makes sense to the IRS.

I think the only way to get an answer is to make that frustrating call to the IRS.
