Why hasn’t Santa Barbara Tax Group sent my money?

Is SBTPG involved because you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund?  If so, has the IRS released the funds and sent them to SBTPG's bank?  You can check here:

If so, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing times.

If the IRS WMR tool showed the funds have been sent, you can use the refund lookup tool at SBTPG's website to see if you can find any information.  Use the "For Taxpayers" portal at:

Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can use their refund lookup tool as mentioned above.
