why it wont let me pay out my refund

its making me pay uo front to do my taxes why

    It could be that your tax refund is not enough to cover the refund processing fee of $40.  So to save you some money you can pay the TurboTax account fees with a credit or debit card.  Plus your refund would have been sent to a third party processor who could either delay your refund or not send the full amount of your refund to you.
