Why would my K-1 have codes and no value on line 17 and 20?

This is my first year with a LLC partnership. After completing for the 1065 my K-1 is showing errors on my personal taxes. Why?

    The codes would reference information that is reported on supplemental worksheets or notes that are attached to the K-1 schedule. The supplemental information will list the amounts. You would have to be more specific as to what the error messages are saying for us to help you more.
