If you're referring to a date given to you by Online TurboTax, that is an estimate based on a 21-day average.

 

If the IRS "Where's My Refund" is saying that the refund has been sent, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures.

 

If you paid any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, the funds will go first to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.  Then that third-party bank will send the rest to you in a second direct deposit.
