1099-K Earned income being treated as unearned income on Form 8615

I entered $9K of income from 1099-K and it is treating the income as unearned income on Form 8615. How do I get this off Form 8615?

How did you enter it? What is the income from? How old are you?

Removing form 8615 would depend on why the income is being reported as subject to the kiddie tax. If the income is not unearned income, then you will need to delete the 1099-K or go back and select a different "type of income" for the entry. If you are a qualifying child and this is income that is not earned, then it would be subject to the kiddie tax.
