I have to amend 1099-NEC which came 4 days ago. Employer sent one with amount round 17,000 than told me to discard that and sent me another one 6,246 now I have to amend it which he should be accountable for paying it cause he sent it after I was aware of it. I already been file W2. Something was wrong cause it wasn't alot of taxes coming out.
