Can I still efile if I use forms mode on a downloaded version of Turbo Tax?

I need to do multiple schedule B forms 1116 and likely will need to go to forms mode to fill in the entries myself on the downloaded version of turbotax. If I do entries on forms mode, will I still be able to efile?

Yes, you can complete/edit form entries using Forms Mode in TurboTax for Desktop and still e-file your return. Be sure you have no forms with red exclamation marks, which mean there are errors on the forms. Don't override any calculated numbers (in a black font), as this invalidates the return for e-filing.

In most cases, running SmartCheck from the step-by-step interview (under Review) will help you locate any e-filing issues.
