Do employer got to pay for my amend on a 1099-NEC that they failed to send cause i already received a w2 first.

No, your employer does not have to pay the cost for you to amend your tax return if they initially failed to send you a tax document or sent the wrong tax document. You can ask them to do so, and they might feel a moral obligation to do so, but there is no requirement they do so.
