Form 1065 Schedule K-1 Box 14c is the partnership's gross nonfarm income from self-employment. Individual partners need this amount to figure net earnings from self-employment under the nonfarm optional method on Schedule SE (Form 1040), Part II.

This amount may not apply to you unless you are a farmer. In which case, you can ignore this line.
