Does premier tier have schedule C for 1040? I have a dissolved LLC w/ no revenue and don't need optimize return for LLC. Can I get just get premier or do I need business?

If you are asking about the desktop version of TurboTax, then Premier version will be fine to use for a Schedule C. All required forms will be available to you.
