Does turbo tax have the 709 form?

Why do you need to file a Form 709?  Did you send a gift to someone in excess of $17,000?

Or did you receive a gift?  If you received a gift, it is not reported on a tax return regardless of the amount received.  A gift received is not reported on a Form 709, it is not reported at all.

@bngoldenberg The Form 709 cannot be e-filed nor can it be mailed to the same address as a federal tax return.
