First time filing a federal and state return for a Trust.  Does the IRS automatically file the Illinois return?

If you're filing a 1041 (federal) for the trust, the IRS does NOT automatically file an IL-1041 (Illinois return) for the trust.

That's what I assumed, but it didn't tell me when I was doing the state return, that I needed to file it.

Thanks for your help!
