Home and Business Download - how do I file for family members ?

If you are going to use the same computer where you installed the 2023 TurboTax software, then all you need to do is click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen and click on New Tax Return for another tax return.

There is no need to use your account again once the software has been installed, nor does anyone else need an Intuit account to complete and file their tax return using the same computer.

Be careful when filing other returns.  Be sure to save frequently, go up to File-Save or Save As.  Save each return with a name you can tell apart from another one.  Especially if another return has the same name or initial.  Like a father and son.  Or if you have the same name the second return might overwrite the first one.  

You can only efile 5 returns so if you have more you can print and mail the rest.  Or if someone has a simple return they might be able to use the Online Free Edition.
