How can I change change the business code and work industry in my self-employment section?

There is no "Edit" button under the "business code" or "work industry" items, so I don't know how to change these entries. TurboTax changed the business code to the generic "999999" and I don't see how to override this.

I have not been able to duplicate your problem of the no edit button showing for the business code. In TurboTax Online Home and Business under the business information section, I show the edit directly under the Tax Details Business Code. In the TurboTax Desktop version, I show the edit button to the right of the Business Code number. I was able to access and edit the business code in both instances. If you subscribe to Live! versions of TurboTax you can call in and someone can assist you with live assistance and in most cases be able to view your screen(s) to see if there is an item preventing you from editing the code.

I have the same problem. However, my code is not 99999. I can't change it either.

When you review your business entries, you will see a screen that says Your (name of business) Business, and you need to choose the Update option on that screen.
