Question

How can I correct my county if I'm not entering it?

I've entered my address and all of it is correct. When I review my information it displays the wrong county. I don't see how I can change this.

Entries for counties are typically made within the state interview section of the program.


I recommend going to the state section and reviewing your state entries again.  Typically, county questions are asked in the early part of the interview.  If you reach a screen that says your return is ready for review and has several options, be sure to select General info to review your entries and make corrections as needed.
