How do I resolve IA_ErrorHold_TY23R24?

My federal and NE state e-file completed successfully, however IA was rejected with the error:  IA_ErrorHold_TY23R24.   How do I resolve this error?

The IA_ErrorHold_TY23R24 is due to a product update. You will need to wait until after 3/28/24 and re-transmit your Iowa return.  

 

You will need to close your return and follow the steps below to see that you need to do depending on the version of TurboTax you are using:

 

  • If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
    • You can also try using a different browser
  • If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
    • Make sure you have ran all the updates

 

Do a final review of your state return, make the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically.

I updated this morning and still have same issue. the customer service messages just say "none". Are there more updates coming?

I am running into an issue trying to submit my iowa tax return and it keeps rejecting with reject code IA_ErrorHold_TY23R24. I would appreciate any help fixing this issue in timely manner.
