My spouse and I, file Married filing separately. We both itemized our deductions. How can I place a checkmark in the box "Spouse itemizes on a separate form or you were a dual-status alien" My return shows a checkmark in this box, but it's blank on my spouse's return. How can I place a check mark in this box? or uncheck it on my return?

That box should be checked automatically if you itemize the deductions on your tax return. On your spouse's return make sure that the system is itemizing their deductions and not taking the standard.
