On the balance sheet, if your C-corporation have "Other current assets" it says I need to attach a statement. How do I do so if those assets are stocks owned through brokerage account? Do I simply list out the company names, number of stocks, and the value of the stocks my company owned on the date of Dec. 31 2024? And would I need to mail in the entire tax form instead of e-filing?

If you use TurboTax Business, then you do need to to mail the return with attachments. There may be other tax software that allow this.  I know that Lacerte allows this but this software isn't available to the public. It's only available to tax preparation firms that have unique IRS electronic tax filing numbers.

For the explanations, You can list the company's information, the stock exchange, the basis of the stocks as of December 31,2024, and when purchased.
