If you're a business owner, you may need to create W-2 and 1099 forms (including 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC) for your employees or contractors.

 

Select your product and follow the instructions to create W-2s and 1099s using Quick Employer Forms.

You do not create your own W-2.  The 2023 W-2 comes from your employer.  If you have not received the W-2 you need to contact your employer.  Make sure that they have your correct mailing address.
