Question

I am a home health nurse, my W-2 states I am a statutory employee which triggered a Schedule C. I cannot move on without a principle business code. Where do I find this?

I am reimbursed mileage and cell phone expenses. I have nothing to deduct. I am unsure what I should be doing at this point.

No problem.  The Schedule C business codes can be found in the instructions included here and if you don't find one you can use 999000.

Double check the numbers to be sure your reimbursements are not included in the gross income.  If they are included, you should use the same amounts as deductible expenses.
