I am getting that i need to delete 2120 form, but i didnt create it , nor i can find it to delete it

Fom 2120 is used to claim a relative or dependent on your tax return when you might be sharing support costs with others. If you no longer need Form 2120, you can delete by following the directions in this FAQ.
