I do not need form 4797 and it will not delete

Form 4797 is used to report: The sale or exchange of property, the involuntary conversion of property and capital assets, or the disposition of noncapital assets.

To delete an unneeded form in TurboTax Online, you can use Delete Forms

In the left menu, select Tax Tools
Select Tools
Select Delete a form
Scroll to the Form 4797 and click Delete on the right
Then scroll to the bottom and select Continue with my return

I DO NOT NEED FORM 4797 AND IT WILL NOT DELETE IT. HELP.

The program will not delete a form it thinks you need. Take a look at your form and see what it is showing. Once you see what it is holding onto, you can find the right spot in the program to make changes, if necessary.

To print or view your forms:

In desktop, switch to Forms Mode.
For online:
1. On the left side, select Tax Tools
2. Select Print center
3. Select Print, save or preview this year's return
4. If you have not paid, select pay now.
