To delete the information you entered under "Contracts and Straddles" while logged in to your return

Go to Federal
Click on Wages & Income
Scroll down to "Contracts and Straddles" and click on Edit/Add
Click "Continue" until you come to the screen with "Straddle Gains" or whatever type of gains/losses you entered
Click "Delete" next to each item listed
Continue until you have deleted all trades positions you entered

After you have deleted all position in Contracts and Straddles, return to Wages and Income and click Edit/Add next to Contracts and Straddles and answer No to "Any Straddles or Section 1256 Contracts?".
