Question

I have a business as I am an independent contractor. I only worked and earned money in Hawaii, but that is not an option for "where do you do business". What now?

    what form or schedule and what line or box number or letter? 

    if it's schedule C box C and E, that's for where your business is located not necessarily where you worked. most likely you need to file some form of income tax return for Hawaii because that's where you earned iincome
