I have a M1529 form that I need to delete. How do I do that?

    It is not recommended to delete a form, instead we recommend to go over your state return from the beginning, double-check your entries and answers, and remove any information that might be triggering that form. If everything is correct and it still populating that form, follow the instructions using the links below to delete that specific form
