I have the Home & Business software from Turbo Tax and wondering if my partnership business would be covered by this.

Can I use my turbo tax software to file a business return that includes a partnership ?

No. You need another program, Turbo Tax Business. Home & Business is only for personal returns that need Schedule C for self employment.

You will need Turbo Tax Business for Windows. It is not available to do online or on a Mac. And it will not do your personal 1040 return. You can have both Turbo Tax Business and a personal version (like Home & Business) installed at the same time.

No--if your business is structured as a partnership you need TurboTax Business-- which is a desktop download you must use with Windows, or you can use online Live Assisted TurboTax Business.
