I have Turbo Tax Premier 2023. I need Turbo Tax business to file a form 1041. Is there any rebate or lower price for the business version since I own Premier?

Nope, sorry.

 

Note that Amazon typically has better pricing than Intuit.

Sorry.  No there is not a rebate or a lower cost on the Business Edition when you are also paying for and using one of the TurboTax personal desktop editions.
