Question

I started a LLC Partnership in July of 2024 we have made 0.0$ we file quarterly do I need to file yearly now, or wait until July?

    You are not required to file Form 1065 Partnership Return if you received no income and incurred no expenses for the year covered by the return.

     

    Are you operating the LLC using a fiscal year (July - July)? If so, be sure to indicate this when you do file next year.

    If not, you would not prepare an income tax return at all for 2024. Your first return would be due March 15, 2026.
