If I am an owner/shareholder with >2%, do I enter my wages here and the rest of my employees from the W3 under officers <2% ?

How and where do I enter my salary as a shareholder with greater than 2% ownership and where do I enter the remaining amount from the W3?

You'll enter the amount paid to any officers there. Then you'll enter the amounts paid to employees under expenses for 'salaries and wages.'
