School name must be entered on Schedule ICR for state of Illinois. Where do I get this information?

It depends upon what section you are trying to complete on IL Schedule ICR.

If you are entering information for the K-12 Education Expense Credit Worksheet, you would enter the information for the school your child attended. You would need to include your child's name, Social Security number, grade, school name, city, and type of school attended.
