When will this be fixed??? And will there be steps on how to fix this?? It said come back today or after, and as I have been trying for hours to correct this and nothing has changed I assume its still not working. Do we get a discount off of the charge for the Iowa filing due to this inconvenience?? How will we know when this is fixed?
