Georgia Partnership Form Availability says e-file 03/08/2024. Is it correct that I cannot e-file Georgia Partnership until 03/08/24?

ALSO, what does it mean that form 8453P is unsupported? Does this mean I e-file all forms on 3/8/24 and mail this one?

Yes, the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business indicates that the Georgia State Partnership module is estimated to be released on March 8, 2024. Because updates are released after business hours Pacific time, we recommend that you wait until the next day to download/update the file.

Form 8453P e-file return declaration is the agreement between you and TurboTax, authorizing the e-filing of your partnership return. It is not filed with the Georgia DOR.
