Is there a reason why I can't enter numbers for Schedule K-1

I'm trying to file my personal taxes and have gotten to the income/wages section for edit/add Schedule K-1 and it just says 'revisit' not 'start'.  It's been this way for weeks and no one at Turbo Tax seems to understand why.

If you are using TurboTax Online Free or Deluxe, you will need to upgrade to Premium in order to enter Schedule K-1. See this FAQ for more information: How do I upgrade or switch to a higher version of TurboTax Online?
