It keeps asking me to enter information for a schedule c business, but i don't have a business and Im not a contractor. how do I delete this

I don't own a business. I am not a contractor. But it says I have four untitled schedule c businesses???

What kind of income did you enter?  Did you enter W-2 income or did you enter a 1099NEC?
